A bunch of cool things on the agenda today. First up was skiing in the sun and powder among the snow ghosts. The bowl at the top of Gem was wonderful. The clouds stayed mostly below us until the late afternoon and then it got hard to see. Today was the start of Cruz the Blues so we could get a free t-shirt and maybe some cool prizes.
After skiing, we had an opportunity to pose with Michael J. Olympic's torch. It was pretty darn awesome. Then a bunch of us went to Happy Valley to shoot a few hockey pucks. It's much harder than it looks. Some of us made it to the Big White web site and you-tube. Click here to watch.
And of course, tonight was our big formal dinner at Kettle Valley Steakhouse where our dinner included an appetizer, and dessert with a choice of steak, salmon or chicken. It wasn't our final night but none of the restaurants would take 45 of us on Valentine's day.
