Snowing again today. It was so beautiful... and serene... and ethereal. The skiing in the trees was absolutely awesome and untouched. Wow. Today is the big day opening ceremonies for the 2010 winter Olympics. Some of us signed up to ski in Big White's Parade of Nations. Only Susan made it and she got to carry the Japanese flag. Meanwhile, we had Happy Hour at Gene and Catherine's before heading off to watch the ceremonies. A bunch of us went to the new 6 Degrees and had wonderful tapas with some great wine. The opening ceremony was still going strong when we got back from dinner. And then it stated up all over again so we didn't miss anything.
